Our team

Bilingual attorney graduated from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, specialist in International Business Law from Universidad de los Andes, and holder of a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has more than fifteen years of experience advising private-sector companies and public entities on matters of private law (corporate, technology, labor, and civil and commercial contracts), public law (administrative sanctioning procedures and regulation), and private international law (international contracting and e-commerce). His background combines practical experience with advanced training in global environments.

He has served as a university professor in law faculties such as those of Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and the General José María Córdova Military Cadet School, contributing a solid academic perspective that complements his professional practice.

Attorney graduated from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, with a specialization in Commercial Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He has more than ten years of professional experience advising private-sector companies and public entities on corporate and contractual matters, as well as handling litigation in criminal, civil, commercial, administrative, and public–private contracting.
